I was thrilled with the layout of our room, especially the separate area for the single bed and the main bed, which allowed us to watch TV while our child slept peacefully. The bathroom was stunning, and having a coffee machine and a private terrace were lovely additions. The service was pleasant overall, although some staff members seemed inexperienced for a hotel of this caliber. The location was perfect for tourists, right by Plaza Catalunya and La Rambla, making sightseeing and exploring the city incredibly convenient. Dining options were good, but slightly on the pricey side. The facilities were adequate, offering all the necessary services for a comfortable stay.

I absolutely adored the little balcony terrace in my room; however, I was a bit let down as they couldn't organize a room with a balcony despite my various reminders throughout our 4-night stay and my emails sent a month in advance. The room itself was clean, new, and incredibly comfortable.
